Pelican Portrait

This is a portrait of the recipeint, inspired by the works of Hans Holbein, early to mid 1500's. I included her favorite flowers and tried to personalize it as much as possible. White done in Acrylics it is painted in period process, layered and built up to aceave the look of period works. This is 16 x 20, Acrylic and Oak Gall ink on wooden panel.
